a fresh shower is all you need to feel right with the world again.

even if i just sit there with a stupid smile on my face and pretend everything is alright,
it doesn't mean i don't feel the sharp pains.
it's just that i've learnt that there is no point in picking a fight when people have or act or say things as tho they have no respect for your feelings.
its when you frustrate and try your hardest just to convey all your feelings and thoughts into words but they just get rejected in a way,
and then you start to feel useless, start to feel its all useless
